You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Rendezvousky on your own device for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not let you sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game.
In-Game Content And Progress
Scores, star ratings, combo multipliers, and career statistics are earned only through play. They have no real-world or monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, and exist only as local data on your device. They may be reset or lost if you delete the app. Rendezvousky has no real-money purchases and no subscriptions.

Please use Rendezvousky only as intended. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, cheat in, modify, or redistribute the app, and not to use it in any way that would harm its intended operation or infringe these terms.

Rendezvousky, including its name, artwork, sound, interface, and code, belongs to its developer, Sutton Sterling, and is protected by applicable law. Your license to play does not transfer any ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.

Rendezvousky is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.
Children
Rendezvousky is a family-friendly game suitable for a general audience. It collects no personal data, contains no ads or purchases, and links to no external content.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date, and continued use of the game after an update means you accept the revised terms.
